How do I exchange or return an item?
- Email our customer service : info@newportmadison . Please include the order number, the question or inquiry you have and a picture of the product if necessary.
- Receive authorization from Customer Service
- Ship your package: We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
- You will receive an exchange coupon code or refund when we have received your package.
Return & Exchange conditions:
- A refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of being received.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- For bikinis, the entire bikini set (top and bottom) must be returned.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take a longer time to arrive.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. US orders usually take between 10-15 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
When will I receive tracking information?
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. Depending on the quantity of items in your order, some items may ship separately.
